Everything that exists is paradoxical and everything that exists can be seen with sparkle. A sense of humour can be used as a light way of encountering another perspective and learning that what may be true to you can be the complete opposite of what is truth to another.
Humour does not deal with theory, but with immediate experience, and is often the best tool for changing fixed perceptions. A smile is the way your body expresses the integration of a paradox into your reality. Laughter occurs to release tension in the diaphragm and relieve pressure on the liver and other internal organs.
Creation can also be viewed as a curiosity of the absolute and that curiosity can be applied to the self.
One aspect of the creative approach is maintaining an attitude of playfulness toward the challenges to be faced. Looking at issues from an evolutionary perspective can make it possible to shape the fundamentals of human design.
‘The comic is the perception of the opposite; humour is the feeling of it.’
Umberto Eco
