At the end of the session we will set up a schedule based on your availability and needs
Breathing Development process works most successfully over a series of four or six sessions. The first session lasts 1hour and the follow-up sessions 1hour or 30minutes.
Technique
Adjusting and tailoring each session according to the needs of the client, I use a combination of breathing exercises, creative visualization, neo-reichian deep breathing, pranayama and bioenergetics

Using playfulness and curiosity to take on the challenge of integrating new, positive responses into daily life, we encourage a creative attitude towards breaking old habits
